Bondage Workshop

Having finally cleaned up my garage, I am starting a bondage workshop for beginners and hope to upgrade to such for more advanced students after I have purchased more equipment. In the photo you see one of the bondage virgins staring uneasily at the simple equipment I intended to use on her. But, nervous as she was,  she did let me tie her down on the table and apply the other equipment, complaining—or trying to complain through her gag—only after I wished her a good night’s sleep and left, turning out the lights.

The Evil Queen

Rehearsals on Snow White and the Huntsman were often done on cheaper sets before the costuming for the minor characters had been finalized. Hence we see in this rare still the actress Charlize Theron in full costume on a cheap wooden set, the extra behind her not yet outfitted. The poor girl was sweating so profusely under the hot studio lights she opted for nearly the minimum clothing possible (keeping the panties was a wise choice given the cheap scratchy brown rope). By the time shooting began, the scene was cut from the script, whence this photo has not been published until now.

The Black Cat

Another never finished production was an R-rated version of Edgar Allen Poe’s The Black Cat starring Leonardo di Caprio and Kate Winslet fresh from their appearance in Titanic. The advertising campaign was all laid out: “The Titanic stars of the screen now appearing in a Titanic tale of terror by the Titan of Terror himself.” Unfortunately, an earthquake destroyed the sets and the production company could not raise enough to rebuild them and the film was never completed. Winslet acquired the only footage of the scene pictured here and destroyed it, feeling that her writhing was more erotic than horrifying.

John Willie – another masterpiece by Bélier Press – “Possibilities

Many of us who follow the bondage fetish and admire damsels in distress owe a debt to some of the courageous early pioneers who, in times far more repressive than these, braved ridicule, censorship and even their freedom to express themselves in art and photography.  I will only mention one here:  John Willie.

I was delighted to be contacted by Bélier Press with a notice that they had released a new work, a coffee-table quality volume with significant unreleased work by John Willie.

There are two principle works regarding the great John Willie: the new edition:  “Possibilities” and the “The Adventures of Sweet Gwendoline”.
